Fulton's Maple Pumpkin Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS

 

1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 (8oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1 (15oz) can pumpkin
1/4 cup Fulton's Organic Maple Syrup
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

Preheat oven to 300 F.  Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan. 

 

In a large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.  Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs, pumpkin, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well.  Pour into prepared pan.

 

Bake 75 min. or until edge springs back when lightly touched (center will be slightly soft). Cool. Chill 2 to 4 hours.
