Maple Custard Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS

 

3 eggs

2 1/2 cups milk (can substitute water)

1 cup quick oats

1/3 cup Fulton's Organic Maple Syrup

1 tsp. vanilla

1/8 tsp. salt

raspberries

blueberries

toasted walnuts (or almonds, etc.)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk eggs with milk (or water) and oats in a medium saucepan and set over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until very creamy, about 15 minutes. Stir in Fulton's Organic Maple Syrup, vanilla and salt. 

​

Divide among four bowls. Top with fruit and nuts, and an extra drizzle of maple syrup, to taste. Enjoy!
