Maple Pumpkin Dip With Apple Slices

INGREDIENTS

 

8 oz. (250g) package reduced fat cream cheese, softened.

1-15 oz. (425g) can pumpkin purée (or make your own from fresh local pumpkins)
1/4 cup Fulton’s Organic Maple Syrup (Dark grade syrup if possible)

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

4 large Granny Smith (or other) apples, cut into slices (Hint: Apples can be pre-sliced and tossed with a small amount of lemon juice to keep them from going brown). 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium-high speed and beat cream cheese until smooth.

Gradually add pumpkin, Fulton's Maple Syrup and spice. 

Beat until very smooth. Cover and refrigerate.

Serve with apple slices for dipping.
