Chicken on a Maple Plank

TOTAL TIME: 50 mins

INGREDIENTS

 

4 chicken breasts or thighs

2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Fulton’s Organic Maple Syrup – Dark Grade
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 tbsp fresh rosemary
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

Combine above ingredients.

 

Brush chicken with half the oil mixture.

 

Place on pre-soaked maple plank in a pre-heated BBQ.

 

Turn meat when half done then brush with remaining oil mixture. Medium - 160 C
